Pearce House is a wonderful hemicycle design; and it offers easy, comfortable and gracious living.

Pearce House, or Wilbur C. Pearce House, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and construction finished in 1950.

This House affords its occupants 1,988 square feet of living space. The building process used mainly concrete blocks, and for external purposes it used rare Honduras mahogany.

At the time of writing, the Pearce family owns this unoccupied house.  The house sits within the gated community of “Woodlyn Lane”, 5 Bradbury Hills Road, Bradbury, California (CA).

Frank Lloyd Wright designed the superb Spring House, also called the Clifton and George Lewis 2 House.

Frank Lloyd Wright also designed the Seth Peterson Cottage in 1958 at the age of 90. This is a tiny one-man dwelling (88 sqm). This house sits neatly in Mirror Lake, Wisconsin; and people hold it in high regard.
