Pearce House is the dwelling that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Wilbur C. Pearce. The contractors built it in 1950.

It is a hemicycle type usonian house, and affords its occupants 1,988 square feet of living space. The contractors used concrete blocks, and the wood they used externally is rare Honduras mahogany.

At the time of writing, no one occupies the house but the original owner’s family owns it. It is located within the gated community of “Woodlyn Lane”, 5 Bradbury Hills Road, Bradbury, California (CA).

This page aims to honor the life and work of Frank Lloyd Wright.
